  • Google Sheets Integration: Spreadsheet data, column mappings

  • SMS Integration (Telnyx): Inbound and outbound SMS messages

If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. 14. SMS/Text Messaging

LeadKong offers SMS text messaging features as part of the Service. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from LeadKong, you consent to receive text messages related to the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Deal Notifications: Alerts when new deals are added to your CRM
  • Analysis Alerts: Notifications when AI deal analysis is complete
  • Deal Score Alerts: Notifications for high-scoring deals
  • Score Alerts: Notifications when deals meet your investment criteria
  • Auto-Pilot Verdicts: Automated deal verdicts (PASS, REVIEW, FAIL)
  • Submission Confirmations: Confirmations when you submit properties via SMS

14.1 Opt-In and Opt-Out

You may opt in to SMS notifications through the Integrations page in the LeadKong dashboard. Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from LeadKong, or by disabling SMS notifications in the Integrations settings. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may re-enable SMS by replying START or toggling SMS back on in Settings.

14.2 SMS Data Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

14.3 SMS Service Providers

LeadKong uses Telnyx as our SMS service provider to send and receive text messages. Telnyx processes your phone number and message content solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable telecommunications regulations.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
